从php5.3降级到php5.2

php5.3中，很多系统函数，变量已经不用了，例如 HTTP_POST_VARS， 导致一些老的站运行起来会有很多的errors 或者warnings

所以需要一个把php5.3降级到5.2 的脚本 ，在ubuntu下运行无错：
